Phased Implementation of Adjustments: The adjustments to the organizational structure, job responsibilities, and compensation system will be implemented according to the principle of "first practicing and summarizing in the Li Auto division, then gradually promoting in the Xichuan plant, and eventually in other group companies." Our reforms must be in line with the actual situation of the enterprise, and we must be both proactive and cautious.

3. Commitment to Technological Leadership: We will continue to provide human resources and financial support to the R&D center and unwaveringly ensure the company's technological leadership.
