CIJAN Group Holds 2025 Annual Work Conference

At 2:30 p.m. on April 3, 2025, the 2025 Annual Work Conference of CIJAN (Group) Company was grandly held at the Chudu Hotel in the county. The meeting was presided over by Vice Chairman Liu Yonghong. Participants included managers and above from the company and its branches, as well as individuals who had made outstanding contributions. The conference systematically summarized the achievements of 2024 and comprehensively deployed strategic tasks for the new year, clarifying the goals of "management transformation, technological breakthrough, and global layout" to accelerate the construction of an international technology-oriented enterprise.

Zhao Zhijun, Chairman and General Manager of the company, delivered the 2025 Annual Work Report for CIJAN Group. Mr. Zhao pointed out that the development of the automotive industry in 2024, characterized by electrification, connectivity, and intelligence, was rapid, and we have essentially kept pace with these trends. The company made significant progress in 2024, achieving a substantial increase in production and sales volume. The annual targets were completed at the highest level in history, which boosted morale and united the team. Mr. Zhao emphasized the following key points for the company's operations in 2025:

 

1. Comprehensive Benchmarking and Learning: We will fully benchmark and learn from the management philosophy of Li Auto, gradually achieving the same level of management as Li Auto and other advanced domestic automotive parts companies. This includes adjusting the organizational structure and departmental responsibilities of the Xichuan plant. We aim to align our planning, production organization, quality management, equipment management, and compensation and performance management with Li Auto. Through enhanced management, we will significantly improve product quality and production efficiency and greatly motivate our management and employees.


2. Phased Implementation of Adjustments: The adjustments to the organizational structure, job responsibilities, and compensation system will be implemented according to the principle of "first practicing and summarizing in the Li Auto division, then gradually promoting in the Xichuan plant, and eventually in other group companies." Our reforms must be in line with the actual situation of the enterprise, and we must be both proactive and cautious.

 

3. Commitment to Technological Leadership: We will continue to provide human resources and financial support to the R&D center and unwaveringly ensure the company's technological leadership.

 

4. Accurate Sales Forecasting and Capacity Assessment: We will conduct precise forecasts of sales for 2025 and accurately assess the production capacity of the Xichuan plant and other companies. Necessary equipment investments will be made in advance to meet market demand.

 

5. Talent Recruitment and Optimization: We will continue to intensify the recruitment and elimination of talent to build a strong talent pool for the company's rapid development.


6. Active International Market Development: We will quickly advance the company's internationalization by actively developing international markets.

 

Through these measures, we will comprehensively improve the company's operational quality and core competitiveness, and gradually realize the great dream of "wherever there are cars, there is CIJAN, contributing to the global automotive industry."
