On March 14, 2025, the 2025 Annual Supplier Conference of CIJAN Company was held at the Jianye Forest Peninsula Holiday Hotel in Nanyang. Over 200 representatives from suppliers across the country gathered to discuss future development plans with CIJAN.

The purpose of this conference was to deeply explore industry development trends with suppliers, convey customer information and requirements, and communicate the work and management measures implemented by CIJAN to meet and achieve the latest demands of automotive manufacturers. The aim was to reach a consensus on market conditions throughout the supply chain, ensuring that CIJAN's management philosophy is understood and effectively implemented across the entire supply chain, achieving a win-win outcome of common progress and development. The theme of the conference was "Pooling Strength and Empowering Development to Create a Winning Futur." The county party secretary, Zhang Zhiqiang, the company chairman, Zhao Zhijun, and other senior executives attended the meeting.

The R&D, quality assurance, logistics, and procurement departments respectively reported on their work. The conference also recognized outstanding suppliers from the year 2024. After the meeting, supplier representatives were organized to visit and inspect CIJAN Company, Haofan Company, and other automotive parts enterprises in Xichuan.
