With the new year bringing renewed vitality, the opening ceremony of CIJAN's "Dragon Leap and Tiger Bound" Reserve Talent Training Program was officially held at 9:00 AM on April 1st. Chairman Zhao Zhijun attended as the class supervisor, joined by company executives and 57 outstanding management trainees, all celebrating the successful launch of the program.

To fully invigorate the company, build a high-quality, highly efficient, and highly executive reserve talent echelon, and create a fast‑track career platform for outstanding university graduates, the company rigorously selected trainees who joined within the last three years, graduated less than three years ago, and hold a bachelor's degree or above. Yang Shupeng, Manager of the Human Resources Department, detailed the overall training arrangements. During the training period, trainees will be comprehensively assessed through situational simulation tests, leaderless group discussions, and daily point‑based evaluations. Ultimately, the top five trainees will be directly appointed to middle‑management positions at various levels, and those ranking 6th to 15th will be included in the reserve talent and cross‑functional talent echelon for specialized cultivation.
