With the new year bringing renewed vitality, the opening ceremony of CIJAN's "Dragon Leap and Tiger Bound" Reserve Talent Training Program was officially held at 9:00 AM on April 1st. Chairman Zhao Zhijun attended as the class supervisor, joined by company executives and 57 outstanding management trainees, all celebrating the successful launch of the program.

To fully invigorate the company, build a high-quality, highly efficient, and highly executive reserve talent echelon, and create a fast‑track career platform for outstanding university graduates, the company rigorously selected trainees who joined within the last three years, graduated less than three years ago, and hold a bachelor's degree or above. These trainees formed the "Dragon Leap and Tiger Bound" training class for a five‑month program. Through systematic training, the company aims to select outstanding cadres to fill leadership positions at various levels, ensuring sustained vitality and competitiveness in the fierce market.
At the opening ceremony, Chairman Zhao Zhijun noted that the "Dragon Leap and Tiger Bound" reserve talent training and selection initiative is a vital measure for the company's talent echelon construction and a key step to invigorate the organization and build a high‑quality management team. He emphasized that reserve talents should cherish the opportunity, study diligently, hone their skills through practice, demonstrate responsibility in the face of challenges, and inject strong momentum into the company's high‑quality development.
Yang Shupeng, Manager of the Human Resources Department, detailed the overall training arrangements. During the training period, trainees will be comprehensively assessed through situational simulation tests, leaderless group discussions, and daily point‑based evaluations. Ultimately, the top five trainees will be directly appointed to middle‑management positions at various levels, and those ranking 6th to 15th will be included in the reserve talent and cross‑functional talent echelon for specialized cultivation.

In the afternoon, an enthusiastic class committee election took place. Deputy General Manager Zhao Yiran provided guidance throughout the process. Twenty-one outstanding university students actively participated, presenting themselves with passion, eloquence, or humor, demonstrating the enterprising spirit of today's university graduates. A spark of initiative ignited a praiseworthy response. After an anonymous vote by all trainees, five students stood out to form the inaugural class committee.
By the banks of the Xishui River, a spring breeze is blowing; on CIJAN's fertile ground, talents gather. This marks not only the starting point of personal growth for 57 trainees but also a vivid footnote to the company's talent echelon construction. The "Dragon Leap and Tiger Bound" trainees are writing their own brilliant chapters on the journey ahead.
