In September 2025, CIJAN's campus echoed with loud, unified shouts during the company's annual Military Drill Competition.

Initiated in July by the Production Department to build a responsive, resilient, and high-performing workforce, departments formed drill teams. The competition on September 13 featured 11 squads demonstrating drills including standing at attention, turning, and marching.

While not perfectly precise, the movements displayed confidence and proficiency. The Equipment Department won the championship, followed by the Tube Manufacturing and Maintenance Workshops in second place, and Final Assembly 3, Final Assembly 2, and Connecting Rod Workshops in third place.

Senior Manager Zhu addressed the event, highlighting the drill as an effective means for strengthening internal management, motivating employees, and building corporate culture. He encouraged everyone to use this momentum to strive for the fulfillment of annual business targets.
