CIJAN Organizes Benchmarking Tour and Team-Building Activities During Annual Summer Break

In July 2025, Cijan utilized its annual summer break to organize an enriching off-site benchmarking tour and team-building event for its management and key staff. From July 19 to 23, middle and senior managers, engineers, and model workers participated in a carefully designed program at Fuling Seiko, combining professional benchmarking with team-building exercises.

Participants approached the tour with clear objectives—arriving with specific challenges and returning with actionable solutions. Following the event, employees actively submitted reflection reports, with over 40 entries received for evaluation.

After careful review by the company's administration office, the following employees were recognized for their outstanding submissions:

First Prize: Lu Jie (Maintenance Workshop), Liu Jiajing (Development & Planning), Hu Guoping (Information Center)
Second Prize: Lü Zhirun (Quality Assurance), Yang Yaozhu (Supervision & Audit Committee), He Haojie (Assembly Workshop 3), Li Ziyang (Assembly Workshop 2), Wang Di (Finance Department)
Third Prize: Chen Yaohao (Smart Workshop 1), Xuan Junfeng (Smart Workshop 1), Jia Xufeng (Assembly Workshop 2), Li Shijuan (Quality Assurance), Yao Xianzhong (Assembly Workshop 2), Zhang Shengli (Production Department), Jin Quanlai (Smart Workshop 1), Luo Xiaoxu (Painting Workshop)

On August 20 at 5:00 PM, Vice General Manager Zhao Yiran presented awards to the winning participants.
